SHIPPING POLICY

  • Shipping is ONLY available within the United States.
  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email when your order is  shipped with the tracking details. 
  • Orders are shipped from our Florida warehouse on weekdays only.
  • Orders are shipped using USPS and therefore we are unable to ship on weekends and public holidays.
  • Delays due to a high volume of USPS orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • We offer FREE standard shipping within the U.S. for all orders $100 and above. This will apply automatically at checkout.
  • Please note that once you receive a notification from the company that your order has been shipped, we will no longer be responsible for the package. Please follow up with USPS for further assistance on your package.
  • In the event that the wrong mailing address was placed, please contact us as soon as possible. If you contact us after the item is shipped, we will no longer be responsible for the package. Please follow up with USPS for further assistance on your package.
